Screw Type Turbine Engine
In July 2007 Patent application was filed on a screw (Helix) driven combustion engine (Screw Drive Turbine Engine). In September 2010 US Patent was issued “Screw Turbine Compressor” with additional applications pending, both US and International.
The single shaft design is revolutionary in its simplicity, where the shaft comprises
the compressor, combustion and drive components. Unlike conventional turbine with
complex blades, the screw shaft with no complex blades and only two bearings, is
expected to be lower in cost to operate. Further the screw type engine will accept
